Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of nazso.com, an editorial website operated by Nazso at 452 W Broadway, New York, NY 10012. By accessing the site you agree to them.
What this page covers
Nazso publishes editorial content about fashion and clothing: trend analysis, silhouette and layering notes, wardrobe practice, and material care. Nothing on this site is offered for sale, and no transaction takes place through it. There is no cart, no checkout, and no order to confirm.
These terms describe what you may do with the site, what we ask of you in return, and the limits that apply to the writing we publish. They apply to every page on nazso.com, including the journal archive and the care notes.

Editorial content, not professional advice
Content on this site is published for general information. It describes trends, materials, and wardrobe practice as we see them. It is not professional, financial, medical, or legal advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances.
Decisions you make about clothing, spending, or garment care based on what you read here are your own. If a purchase, a treatment, or a contract depends on the answer, ask a qualified professional rather than a style column.
We aim for accuracy. We do not warrant that every statement is complete or current at the moment you read it — a trend note written in one season can read differently in the next, and a care instruction can change with the fibre.
When to look elsewhere
- Care labels and fibre composition printed by the maker decide how a garment should be washed.
- Return, refund and shipping questions belong to the retailer you bought from, not to this site.
- Fit alterations and repairs are a matter for a tailor who can see the garment in person.
The garments we write about belong to the people who wear them — the site keeps a reading record, not a stockroom.
Use of the site
You may read, link to, and share the content on this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Quoting a passage in a group chat, a class, or a newsletter that cites its source is what the site is for.
You agree not to use the site in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to its systems, or imposes an unreasonable load on its infrastructure. Automated scraping of content at scale is not permitted without prior written consent — write to us and ask if you have a project in mind.
Read the pages, keep the tabs open, send the link to a friend. That is the whole permitted use, and it is generous on purpose.
Intellectual property
Brand names in our coverage belong to their owners and appear for identification and commentary.
Text, original graphics, and the arrangement of content on this site are owned by Nazso or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. The selection and sequencing of the material — which trend note sits beside which guide — is part of that work.
You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page. Republishing a full article, or reproducing our photography as your own, is not covered by that permission. If you want to translate or repost at length, contact us first.
Third-party references and links
Editorial coverage may reference brands, retailers, or other publications. These references are informational: we mention a label because a cut, a fabric, or a silhouette is worth explaining, not because we are paid to place it.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following a link to another site is at your own risk, and any purchase or agreement you make there is between you and that business.
User submissions
If you send a message, a correction, or a pitch through the site, you confirm that the content is yours to share and that it does not infringe the rights of others. Please do not send material you found elsewhere without permission.
You grant us permission to read, evaluate, and, where appropriate, act on the information you provide. We are not obligated to publish any submission, and we may edit for clarity where a correction is published. Corrections that hold up are worth more to us than flattery.
Availability, warranties, and liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or that defects will be corrected. Pages are edited, and a paragraph you bookmarked may read differently a month later.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the operation of the site and the content published on it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nazso is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where a jurisdiction grants you rights that override this section, those rights stay with you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page, with the date at the top of the sheet. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If a change narrows what you may do with our text, we will say so in the note at the top rather than bury it in a paragraph.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where a dispute concerns a consumer right in your own jurisdiction, that right is not displaced.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page, by post to Nazso, 452 W Broadway, New York, NY 10012, USA, or by telephone at +1-212-555-0198 during working hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
